I'm a 23 year old fitness trainer based in Switzerland. I love animals (which is one of the many reasons why I'm a vegetarian), good food, nature, traveling and I have a big obsession for active wear... or let's just say clothes in general.
My biggest passion is achieving a healthy and active lifestyle. Loads of people always ask me what they can do to live a healthier life or what I would advise them to do to put off weight and so on. Questions like these motivated me to start writing this blog in which I'm not only sharing my journey to a healthy life (yes, I also still have a long way to go), but also my experience, tips and infos about health, nutrition and fitness.
There is an overload of information out there about different diets, whether to do cardio or not, programs that promise you a bikini body in five weeks and so on… guess you've all been there. I know how confusing and frustrating that can be. So on my blog I want to share what worked for me and how you can be the healthiest version of yourself everyday (which in my opinion is much more important than some number on a scale). I know it’s easier said than done and I'm also not quite where I want to be yet but whatever helps me getting there, you guys will be the first to know.
